Maria Kontolios, MS, OTR/L

I am an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build the skills and confidence they need to participate fully in the activities that matter most to them. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Human Services and my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University.

My clinical experience includes School-Based Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention and Geriatric Home Health, but my greatest passion is working with children and their families. I take a collaborative, family-centered approach to care, focusing on the whole child and tailoring treatment plans to meet each family's unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful progress happens when caregivers and therapists work together. I strive to create supportive, individualized experiences that help children succeed at home, in school and throughout their community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and exploring new places through travel.
