“My initial appointment was for an echocardiogram. During the procedure, the ultrasound technician noticed a potential Afib condition and went to consult the physician who was in the office. Dr. Averbach came into the room and confirmed the suspicion. He promptly ordered an EKG. The EKG technician performed the procedure very quickly. Dr. Averbach said the EKG confirmed the presence of Afib and said he could see me right after the completion of the echocardiogram. Dr. Averbach explained my options for treating the Afib condition and prescribed the necessary medication. I felt so much better knowing Dr. Averbach listened to my concerns and put me at ease with his thoughtful treatment plan. I am ever grateful to the staff at this location for their concern and care. The ultrasound technician went above and beyond to ensure my healthcare was her number one priority. I can't speak highly enough for the entire staff. This is why Saint Luke's is such an outstand healthcare organization. Thank you very much.”
