I have a patient-centered approach to primary care medicine that focuses on listening and tailoring care to each patient’s needs and circumstances. I believe health is shaped by the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, social and environmental factors. Medicine is a partnership, and I strive to work collaboratively with each patient to develop care that is compassionate, practical and emphasizes prevention and long-term wellness.

I am a board-certified physician assistant with over 20 years of practice experience.

In my free time, I like to travel, garden, bake, read and stay active outdoors. I especially enjoy spending time with my family.
