Physical Therapist

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and return to the activities that matter most to them. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College.

My clinical interests include Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, and helping young athletes recover from injury and perform at their best. As someone who grew up in Belvidere, New Jersey, I feel fortunate to care for members of the community I call home. I am currently pursuing McKenzie Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy to further enhance my clinical expertise.

My approach to care is patient-centered and individualized, combining hands-on treatment, education and evidence-based strategies to support each person’s unique goals. I believe in empowering patients with the knowledge, tools and confidence they need to take an active role in their recovery.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my growing family, being outdoors, practicing yoga and attending live music events
