Physical Therapist

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a special interest in Pelvic Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University. I am certified in Pelvic Health through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I enjoy helping patients better understand and manage a wide range of pelvic floor conditions. I also enjoy working with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping them regain strength, restore function and safely return to the activities they love.

My approach to care is centered on education, individualized treatment and creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, exercising, playing tennis, pickleball and golf.
