“I was initially seen and examined by Dr. (Name). Upon entering the room, he introduced himself as the intern working with an attending. He was friendly, polite and efficient while gathering my history and performed a brief, but thorough neurological examination based on my stated symptoms and concerns. He was a good listener and never once made me feel rushed or insignificant. Afterwards, he consulted with the attending, Dr Weiss who then entered the room to see me. I was immediately impressed by his clinical confidence and drawn to his openness and genuine desire to help get to the root of my problem. Based mostly on Dr. (Name) examination and my previous studies and treatments, he recommended that he repeat an MRI before moving forward with a plan. I totally agreed with his decision for the MRI to assure that my initial problem had not deteriorated such that previous Interventions would be contraindicated. After just one visit, I am comfortable with my providers and confident that I will receive the best care that St Luke's has to offer. This is the way EVERY service should be run.”
