Physical Therapist

I am a Physical Therapist and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Spine Care, Vestibular Rehabilitation and the treatment of dysautonomia. As a member of St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine Program and St. Luke’s Concussion Program, I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults take an active role in their recovery through education, individualized care and evidence-based treatment.

My approach focuses on partnering with patients to create personalized treatment plans that restore function, improve performance and help them return to the activities that matter most. With specialized training in the Utah ADaPT Protocol for dysautonomia, I also work with individuals experiencing complex autonomic nervous system disorders. I strive to empower every patient with the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and our dogs.
