Physical Therapist

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for Sports Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Physical Therapy and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst University and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from High Point University. During my doctoral studies, I participated in research exploring the use of wearable technology to help guide return-to-sport decisions following ACL surgery, further strengthening my interest in sports rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery.

I enjoy working with athletes, active individuals and patients recovering from surgery, partnering with them to create individualized treatment plans that support their goals and build confidence throughout the rehabilitation process.

My approach combines evidence-based care, patient education and functional movement to help individuals restore strength, improve performance and achieve lasting results.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, walking my dog, reading and spending time with family and friends.
