Kara graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise/Health Science and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Jefferson School of Health Professions. Kara specializes in outpatient orthopedics, balance/dizziness, concussion rehab, and pelvic floor therapy. She also enjoys working with women during pregnancy and post partum periods to get back to previous activity level. Kara believes in a hands-on approach, utilizing multiple manual therapy techniques and focusing on patient education on posture, body mechanics, and injury prevention. Growing up overseas, Kara has a unique appreciation for diverse cultures and recognizes the importance of correct exercise technique and self-discipline from her 15 years as a ballerina.
