Kaitlyn E. Berback, MS, OTR/L

I specialize in Occupational Therapy and Neurological Rehabilitation, working with individuals recovering from Stroke, Brain Injury, Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease. I earned my bachelor's degree in health science and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from The University of Scranton.

I take a client-centered, evidence-based approach to care, partnering closely with patients and their families to create personalized treatment plans that support meaningful goals and success in daily life. I am DCAT certified for return-to-driving evaluations and certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment approach that helps individuals with Parkinson’s disease improve movement and participation in everyday activities. My passion is helping patients maximize function, maintain independence and achieve the highest possible quality of life through compassionate, individualized care.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends and playing with my goldendoodle, Teddy.
