I am an orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty training in musculoskeletal oncology at St. Luke’s University Health Network. My practice consists of general orthopedic procedures such as total joint replacements and fracture care, but I am also subspecialty trained in treating patients with multitude of musculoskeletal oncologic disorders ranging from children with primary sarcomas, patients with soft tissue masses/sarcomas to elderly patients with metastatic disease of their bones.
As an orthopedic surgeon with sub specialization in musculoskeletal oncology, I am a strong believer in treating each patient as if they are a part of my own family. It is important to me to get to know my patients and understand their goals of care as I help them and their families navigate the challenges of new or ongoing cancer diagnoses.
I was raised outside of Philadelphia in Yardley, Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a residency in orthopedic surgery at Rutgers-RWJ/Jersey City Medical Center. I went on to complete a two-year fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology at Morristown Medical Center where I learned how to diagnose and treat both benign and malignant musculoskeletal tumors. While I enjoy performing general orthopedic procedures, my true passion is in treating a broad variety of both simple and complex bone and soft tissue tumors. The complexity of patient care fosters an environment of collaboration with my medical oncology and radiation oncology colleagues, leading to multi-disciplinary treatment planning which I find very fulfilling.
As a Pennsylvania native, I am excited to return home to join St. Luke’s University Health Network and bring my expertise in orthopedic oncology to the Lehigh Valley.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons as well as travelling any chance I can. I’m also a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, rooting for the Eagles, Flyers, Phillies and Sixers.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do
not necessarily reflect the views of St. Luke’s University Health Network.
