I trained as an internist and now dedicate my career to advanced care planning and treatment of symptoms in patients suffering from advanced illness.  I work closely with other specialists to make sure no patient is ever without options during the most difficult times of their illness.

I earned my medical degree at the St. Luke’s / Temple School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at the Hershey Medical Center. I am fluent in Spanish and Spanish Creole and have conducted research in Spanish-language healthcare outreach.

When not working, I enjoy music, literature and athletics, especially rock climbing, soccer and hiking. I am also a volunteer firefighter.
