I believe in tailoring each person’s therapy to their individual goals through a combination of functional exercise, manual techniques, and education to support health during and after therapy.

I have been a Physical Therapist for more than 30 years with a focus on orthopedic conditions. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical therapy from Ithaca College. I treat people of all ages and abilities, from elite athletes to those who want to spend more time comfortably at home with their families. I have a particular interest in working with runners and multisport athletes. As a direct access provider, I’m able to evaluate and treat patients without a prescription.

Outside of work, I have been a competitive triathlete since 2001 and have completed more than 100 triathlons across the United States and Europe, including multiple Ironman-distance events.
