Jessica L. Dayman, PT, DPT

I am a Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University, where I graduated with honors. My background in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Manual Therapy has centered on helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most.

I create individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, flexibility, endurance and balance while helping reduce the risk of re-injury. My approach is personalized, with each patient’s goals guiding their care.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, as well as reading, cooking, gardening and traveling.
