As a certified hand therapist (CHT), I specialize in helping patients overcome upper extremity injuries and conditions so they can return to the activities that bring meaning and independence to their lives. 

I believe the best outcomes come from a true partnership between therapist and patient. I strive to empower each person with the knowledge and tools needed to understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery. My clinical interests include hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, hypermobility-related conditions such as hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that can cause joint instability and excessive flexibility and require chronic pain management

I enjoy creating individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique goals while improving function, confidence and quality of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening and spending time outdoors with my family.
