I am a board-certified primary care sports medicine physician at St. Luke’s University Health Network. As an athlete myself, I understand my patients’ desire to return to sports and activities quickly. I believe in taking an individualized approach, helping each patient return to their sport or activity as soon as it's safe. I treat all types of non-operative orthopedic injuries throughout the body and provide concussion management. I also perform injections both with and without ultrasound guidance for various ailments, including osteoarthritis of the knees, hips and shoulders, as well as tendonitis and bursitis.

I was born and raised in Montgomery County. I completed my undergraduate degree at Penn State University, where I was a four-year division one collegiate diver. I attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school. I completed a family medicine residency close to home at Abington Jefferson Health. During this time, I helped to cover the Jenkintown High School football team. Following my residency, I completed a sports medicine fellowship with Atlantic Health in Morristown, NJ, where I had the opportunity to work on the sidelines and in the training room with the New York Jets. I also had the privilege of gaining more sports coverage experience working with the athletes of Seton Hall University, Skylands Hockey and area high schools. In addition, I covered community running and triathlon races. As part of our orthopedic team, I serve as one of the team physicians for many of our local high schools.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, swimming and biking. I am active in the local triathlon community and have completed triathlons up to the half-ironman distance. I enjoy spending time with my dog, friends and family. I am a huge Philadelphia and Penn State sports fan! I also serve as a coach for the Upper Dublin Montgomery County Special Olympics swim team.
