Adult Joint Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgery | Arthritis | Arthroscopy | Bone & Joint (Orthopedics) | Knee & Joint SurgeryMy goal is to restore mobility and improve my patients’ quality of life. As an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement, I take great pride in building strong relationships and ensuring every patient feels heard, informed and empowered throughout their care. I believe the best outcomes come from a collaborative approach — one where patients have the knowledge and confidence to make decisions about their treatment. Whether you’re exploring non-surgical options or considering joint replacement, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I treat a wide range of hip and knee conditions. My clinical focus is on arthritis (such as osteoarthritis, inflammatory arthritis and post-traumatic arthritis), a condition where the bone dies due to the lack of blood supply (avascular necrosis) and failed joint replacements. I perform total hip and knee replacements, robotic-assisted partial knee replacements and complex joint revision surgeries.
Before becoming a surgeon, I was a Division I soccer player, which is where my passion for the anatomy and mechanics of the hip and knee began. During my orthopedic residency at PCOM in Philadelphia, I developed a strong interest in joint replacement and published several research papers in the field. I went on to complete the Baltimore Hip and Knee Fellowship, a collaborative program between the University of Maryland and the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics, where I trained with renowned leaders in the field and gained experience managing the most challenging joint replacement cases.
Outside the operating room, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my wife, our twin boys and our dog. I’m passionate about food and enjoy discovering new restaurants and cuisines. I also love golfing and staying active on the soccer pitch. A lifelong sports fan, I proudly support Manchester United and the Philadelphia Eagles.
