“I don't remember the nurse taking my temperature and I was there for a sinus infection. Also, my blood pressure was elevated because I wasn't feeling well and was a little stressed from nurse's reaction to the supplements I am taking from a functional nutritionist (out of network). Nurse took my vitals and asked if I was on blood pressure medication. My BP is usually normal or low. After initial visit, nurse didn't respond to doctor's request for doing a swab, so he did it himself. Thank you, Dr. Todd, for your compassion and understanding!”

“I actually was running a little late because I messed up the time by 15 minutes when I realized this I was driving there and had a panic attack. I called the office and told them and they reassured me that the time I said I'd get there would be ok and helped me to calm down and breathe. They were incredibly helpful and caring! When I saw Dr. Todd he treated me with mutual respect and made sure I was up to date with all my medications. He also asked if there was anything else I was concerned about after the initial problem was resolved. And I'm glad he did because I would of forgot to show him a tiny growth on my hand. He looked at it and prescribed a cream for it and it seems to be working. He and the staff are always considerate and caring of my feelings and thoughts.”
