“They communicate with each other. This includes front-office staff as well. After a difficult winter of repeated pneumonia requiring hospitalizations, I found myself frequently calling the office because of the repeated infections. The front office were informed about my situation and always worked to see that I was put in contact with one of the professionals that could help me. Thanks to the doctors and PA's, we have found the cause of my illness and are in the process of a cure.”
