St. Luke's Spine & Pain Associates - Easton
I am a board-certified pain management specialist who joined St Luke’s University Health Network in 2011. I treat patients suffering from chronic neck and back pain, joint pain, as well as nerve and muscle related pain. I use a holistic, multimodal approach to the treatment of pain utilizing a variety of interventional techniques, pharmacologic treatments and alternative therapies.
I have a special focus on the use of neuromodulation, specifically spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation to treat painful conditions. I have been involved with several clinical trials looking at different parameters of stimulation that can best provide pain relief.
In addition, I serve as the clerkship director for the Pain Medicine elective at the Temple University School of Medicine at St Luke’s. It is a privilege to be a part of educating the next generation of physicians.
Being part of the St Luke’s team has been especially gratifying for me. My family moved to the area shortly after I graduated high school, and soon afterwards my father suffered a stroke and was treated here at St Luke’s. The care he received from the doctors, nurses, therapists to everyone who worked on his team was top notch and planted the seed in me that eventually led me to become a physician. I am happy to be a physician at St Luke’s now where providing the best patient care is the utmost priority.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. We enjoy exploring all the Lehigh Valley and the surrounding areas have to offer.
