EnglishI am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the physical, emotional and social well-being of every child. My clinical interests include childhood nutrition, mental health, development and patient education.
I was born in South Africa and raised in Canada, experiences that have created a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the unique needs of families from all backgrounds. I believe in building strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families, starting from birth and growing with them through every stage of development. I view myself as a partner in each child’s health journey, with a focus on preventative care and helping kids understand the science behind how their bodies work. I aim to empower families with knowledge and support, creating a collaborative approach to lifelong health.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University and completed my pediatric residency at the University of Toledo.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and our dog, exploring the outdoors, working with stained glass, discovering new foods and getting lost in a good book.

“This provider was beyond incredible. Validated concerns, spoke about differentials, consulted two other physicians. She also called back with instructions within a half hour of making an initial phone call. When being sent to the ED, she contacted them prior so they were aware of what was going on before we got there. I'm so glad she helped take care of us.”

Even when she called with the test results for my son, she took her time and answered every question that I had and went through each test that was performed through the lab work.
