Elysia Kressler, PT, DPT

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy who is passionate about helping children develop the strength, skills and confidence they need to explore their world, engage in play and participate fully in everyday life.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University and later completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Since then, I have gained experience in a variety of pediatric settings, including Early Intervention, school-based therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, private practice, and outpatient pediatric physical therapy.

My approach is family-centered and focuses on looking at the whole child, identifying the root causes of challenges and working collaboratively with families and other health care professionals to support meaningful outcomes. As a self-described kid at heart and a mother, I value creating fun, play-based therapy experiences that help children achieve their goals while supporting families throughout the process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and embracing the adventures of parenthood.
