“Dr. Schaff was unbelievable! He went through pictures and explained exactly what had happened. He was kind, very easy to understand and made me feel safe and comfortable. My family was also impressed by his wonderful manner and attitude. He made me feel comfortable, safe and talked me into staying overnight (not an easy decision for me at 91 yrs old. I had been treated or not for over 10 hours at this point. He also made sure I was given something to eat. I”
