David M. Kozich, PT, DPT

David received his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy, as well as his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, from Misericordia University. With more than 14 years of experience, David has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and sub-acute rehabilitation. In June 2012, David was nominated and confirmed as member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Physical Therapy. In addition to managing St. Luke's Blakeslee Physical Therapy Clinic, David serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Physical Therapy program at Misericordia University.
