“I have been a patient of Dr Hanes for over fifteen years. I normally see him In his quakertown office. I trust him and his staff completely and wouldn't want any other provider anywhere else. I can honestly say I sometimes in the past have traveled over an hour if I needed to be seen for an emergency situation in his Allentown office but It Is always well worth it. Just knowing I have the best provider and his amazing, friendly, and accommodating staff. I would recommend Dr Hanes a million times over. I wish all providers were like Dr Hanes the world would be a better place.”

“1) Valerie at the front desk. Amazing job! Perfect for the position she is in as first point of contact. Every time I have been there, there is a different person there as they are in multiple locations I'm guessing. Hold onto this one! She's excellent-kind, sweet, thorough and professional! 2) I've never had an experience where there is a nurse in the room during a GYN apptmt outside of St Luke's so this was new to me. I can't be the first person to mention that where the nurse is located in the room during the exam is way uncomfortable! This should be Dr only vantage point. I just don't get it. 3) Dr Hanes! Such a great Dr. Thorough and answers all questions making you feel comfortable. So prompt also which is important! I saw him because my regular provider had to reschedule my apptmt and I have decided he's my new GYN that I will see! My favorite out of 3 that I have now seen at that practice so far! Except for #2 above, the perfect apptmt experience. Thank you.”
