I am a strong proponent of shared decision making and believe in a collaborative approach to developing effective treatment plans for my patients. 

I am especially interested in lifestyle medicine and how therapeutic lifestyle changes can be implemented to treat or reverse chronic medical conditions. A board-certified specialist in internal medicine, I joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in 2023

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, trying new foods, and serving in my local church.
