I am a Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware, where I also earned a Master of Science in Anatomy & Clinical Health Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Applied Kinesiology from Rutgers University.

My approach to Physical Therapy combines evidence-based care, hands-on treatment and individualized exercise programs to help patients of all ages and activity levels move better, feel stronger and return to the activities that matter most to them. I believe patient education is an essential part of the rehabilitation process, and I take the time to help each person understand their condition, treatment plan and recovery journey.

By fostering collaboration and active participation, I strive to build confidence, improve function and achieve meaningful, lasting results. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy exercising, hiking and spending quality time with my family.
