I am a board-certified family medicine physician at St. Luke’s University Health Network. My main interests are preventive medicine, righting the course of chronic disease and the care and management of acute illnesses.

My goal is to provide patients with the tools and information necessary to live their healthiest lives by listening to and understanding their individual circumstances. I value relationships with my patients and aim to strengthen that trust with every office visit. 

Outside work, I enjoy the outdoors – especially bike riding and hiking trails – video games, cooking and adventuring with my wife.

“I liked Dr Samy very much. He made eye contact with me; I really felt he listened to me. I Usually see Dr Todd, but he often dictates into a microphone as I am talking and that drives me nuts!!! I have told him this before but it hasn't changed. I know he's trying to be efficient, but it's annoying.”
