I ensure that ALL my patients are treated as “family.” As a physician, I consider myself privileged to be entrusted with the care of my patients. It is my duty and responsibility to provide counsel/educate, assess my patients disease process/severity and formulate an individualized treatment plan that best suits their needs and goals. I am a strong proponent of a multidisciplinary team approach, working in collaboration with my colleagues to achieve the best outcomes possible for my patients.

I am a board certified practicing vascular surgeon. I am also board certified in general and surgical critical care. My practice is 100% dedicate to the treatment of vascular disease. I see patients with a variety of vascular pathology including but not limited to venous insufficiency (varicose veins), peripheral arterial disease (PAD, cerebrovascular disease, stroke and mesenteric and aneurysmal disease. I am skilled in both minimally invasive (endovascular) surgery as well as ”traditional” open surgery.

I earned my medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a surgical residency at Christiana Care Health System, a vascular surgery fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center and a surgical critical care fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. I am board certified in vascular, critical care and general surgery.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading,  traveling, working on various “house projects” but most importantly spending time doing “anything”  with my beautiful wife and our two little boys.

“Dr. DiMaggio is always prepared for my visits. We discuss how I'm feeling, the results of any tests I've had, how my medication is working, and any concerns I may have. We then decide what future tests and visits I will need. We are on a once a year testing and follow up appointment schedule. We engage in some polite small talk, and cordially end the visit. My visits are always pleasant and productive.”

“I initially went to St Luke's emergency room in Lehighton PA for a heart problem and it was the best experience I have ever had. I get all my medical care from the VA (disabled vet) and I requested to go back to St. Luke's for my follow up and what ever else was needed in my case. The problems I was having was diagnosed by Dr.Dimaggio (great guy) and I am back to the VA. Thanks to all the staff at St. Luke's for there caring attention”

“Have to say that having to tell the MA filling out my chart what gender I was "assigned" at birth just to be able to get into the chart Is flat out stupid and really has no bearing on the on my care what so ever. It was very refreshing to have some one ask questions and actually listen to my responses to those questions about why I was there very refreshing to have Dr. Dimaggio actually looking at me and engaging with me during the visit and just looking at a computer screen typing away and not really focusing on me and the reason I am there. The staff was very friendly and very helpful trying to get an ultra sound scheduled on one of my days off that Dr. Dimaggio needs me to have done.”
