Physical TherapistI am a physical therapist with more than 30 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes through individualized, patient-centered care.
My approach focuses on understanding each individual’s goals and creating rehabilitation plans that support improved function, recovery and long-term wellness. I am certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), with specialized expertise in evaluating and treating spinal conditions.
As a lifelong resident of Morris and Warren counties in New Jersey, I value building strong relationships with patients and their families while taking pride in supporting the communities I call home.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, following the lives and accomplishments of my two adult children, and pursuing my interests in reading and travel.
