English|SpanishI am a physical therapist with a Bachelor of Science in health studies with a concentration in exercise science from Monmouth University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from DeSales University.
My passion for physical therapy grew from my own experience rehabilitating injuries as a student-athlete. This experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that can come with recovery.
I provide evidence-based, individualized care for patients with orthopedic, sports medicine and neurologic conditions, tailoring treatment plans to help each person achieve their goals and return to the activities that matter most.
As a certified LSVT BIG® provider, I work with patients with Parkinson’s disease to improve mobility, confidence and quality of life. I also have a special interest in helping runners and athletes recover from sports-related injuries.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, paddleboarding, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
