Family Medicine

I believe being a physician is more than just about treating illness. It has always been about caring for people. My goal as your family doctor is to walk beside you through every stage of life, to listen, educate and give you the knowledge you need to protect your health and your family's future. I believe in prevention, compassion, and meeting patients where they are, because good medicine begins with trust.

I completed a fellowship in maternal-child health and have spent many years bringing new life into the world. Few experiences shape a doctor more than holding a newborn and supporting a family in their most vulnerable and joyful moments. Over the years, I have cared for thousands of patients – from repairing lacerations and treating infections to performing joint injections, Pap tests, biopsies and urgent care procedures. But what I value most is the human connection behind every visit.

My work has taken me from inner-city clinics to family medicine offices and urgent care centers. Everywhere I have gone, one thing has remained the same: people just want to be seen, heard and cared for. I chose family medicine because it allows me to serve people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.

Outside the clinic, my life is grounded in family and service. I am a wife, mother and grandmother who treasures time with loved ones. I am proud to serve with the Columbia Fire Company in Shenandoah, sit on the Shenandoah Valley School Board and work as a Deputy Coroner for the Schuylkill County Coroner's Office. These roles have shown me, in very real ways, how deeply families are affected in moments of crisis – and how important it is to have someone who will show up with dignity, compassion and respect.

I am committed to carrying forward a legacy of professionalism and care, built by those who served before me, and to ensuring that every family in our county is treated with empathy, honesty, and integrity during life's most difficult moments.

Serving this community is not just my profession; it is my calling.
