I am a fellowship-trained, board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in the surgical treatment of complex neurological disorders, including degenerative spinal conditions and spinal surgical diseases, with a particular focus on brain and spine tumors.

I completed my residency training in neurological surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, where I developed a strong foundation in comprehensive neurosurgical care. Driven by a growing interest in the management of brain tumors, I pursued advanced fellowship training in brain tumor surgery at North Shore University Hospital (Northwell Health). During this fellowship, I gained extensive experience in the surgical and radiosurgical treatment of brain and spine tumors, working under the mentorship of world-renowned neurosurgeons. Guided by advanced imaging, radiosurgical treatments use highly focused radiation beams to destroy tumor cells while sparing healthy tissue.

Throughout my training, I developed advanced expertise in the use of cutting-edge intraoperative imaging and neuronavigation technologies, allowing for greater precision during surgery and improved patient outcomes. Neuronavigation is a surgical technique that uses imaging, such as CT and MRI scans, to precisely locate and navigate around the brain during a surgical procedure.

My practice philosophy centers on delivering personalized, patient-focused care grounded in compassion, integrity and clear communication. I am committed to serving my community by providing high-quality neurosurgical care that aims to restore function, relieve pain and improve or preserve quality of life. I strongly believe in educating patients and their families and partnering with them to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Outside of my clinical practice, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
