Physical TherapistI earned my bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Arcadia University, and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University. My passion for Physical Therapy began as a former collegiate softball player and continues through my work helping athletes and active individuals return to the activities they love.
I take an individualized, one-on-one approach to care that helps patients build confidence and move without pain. I am Dry Needling Certified and have completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute Course One. I enjoy working with Pregnancy and Postpartum patients through my involvement with the St. Luke’s Post Partum Group. Through my work with the St. Luke’s Running Center, I also provide Running Analysis to help runners improve performance and prevent injury.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, baking, spending time at the beach, photography and spending time with family and friends.
