Alexander Brown, PT, DPT

I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and spine care. I earned my bachelor’s degree in sport and exercise science from DeSales University, and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican College.

 As a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, I have advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, spine rehabilitation and movement-based treatment approaches.

My approach combines hands-on care with individualized exercise programs to help patients reduce pain, restore function and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them. I have a special interest in treating orthopedic conditions, spine disorders and "overhead athletes", particularly baseball players.

As a former collegiate baseball player, I understand the dedication required to perform at a high level and enjoy helping athletes safely return to sport. I am also passionate about education and mentorship, supporting the development of future physical therapists through teaching and clinical training.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying connected to sports and helping others achieve their highest level of performance and well-being.
