Alexander J. Bair, PT, DPT

I am a physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Misericordia University and am a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist.

I specialize in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation, with a particular interest in evaluating and treating dizziness and balance disorders. My clinical expertise includes treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a common inner-ear condition that causes brief episodes of dizziness with changes in head position, and vestibular hypofunction, an inner-ear disorder that can cause dizziness, imbalance and difficulty maintaining visual focus during movement.

I believe every patient deserves a personalized rehabilitation experience centered around the goals and activities that matter most to them. My approach focuses on creating individualized treatment plans that help patients restore function, build confidence and return to the lifestyles they enjoy.

Through education, support and evidence-based care, I partner with patients throughout their recovery journey, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing dizziness or working to improve mobility and quality of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through soccer, volleyball and golf, as well as snowboarding, hiking and kayaking.
