I recieved support and a treatment plan that was easily understandable. Many times a cancer dx has a rush to tx care acording to the medical guideline practice. My chart is a wonderfl tool to help patients, but for me it's not enough information.about my care. My chart is a great tracking tool for MDs and medical records to support their patents and care needs. I'm aware that I can request to see all my medical records.
