That did not work so I was given an appointment to discuss next method of care (surgery). “I had been seen in the ER for a broken ankle, with instructions to follow up with an Orthopedist. As Dr. Lachman performed a surgery on me last year, I wanted to see HIM again. When I called "scheduling" for the appointment, the office was able to fit me in the same day with Dr. Lachman, which was very good as I needed surgery. I truly appreciated Dr. Lachman and staff accommodating me so quickly. He is a great surgeon. He was able to schedule my surgery for the very next day. The OR Scheduler was efficient. The gal that roomed me remembered me from last year. All excellent patient service. I couldn't have asked for better care.”

“I had a bad ankle injury that required me to go to the St. Luke's ER in Bartonsville Tuesday night around 7:00 PM. I was able to get in to see the specialist the very next day for a 12:30 PM appointment. My overall care from the beginning was outstanding. I want to specifically point out both the doctor and the resident doctor working with him for their professionalism, very thorough explanation and really made me feel comfortable and spent good deal of time with me. Although the injury was not something I expected or wanted, I will say the Care I got made it a lot better”
