“Doctor Erickson is a good man , he knows exactly where my pains are and he is working hard to treat them that is why he has referred me to another specialist for studies. He is a very good doctor.”

“I'm a retired surgical RN Dr Erickson was great. At this time he can't help me with pain management for injections to the spine due to the fact I had an infection of L 5disk I respected him for being up front and honest. In the future if the pain is still there and enough time has passed I would definitely go back to him”

“The Dr I had seen for this same issue had moved to another office, but as this one is closer and I have great experience with St Luke's, I just went to this office again. WOW, he knew my medical history! Yes, I know its there for the Physician to read but WOW he knew it all without having to tell him anything. Normally you feel like the dr scans it but still they ask what they can read (yes I know they are busy) but still. He made me feel important and the pain I am having was legit. Kudos again St Luke's for having the best at the best!”

“I appreciated the respect. With certain circumstances I can be triggered and even though I have a service dog, I'm still care for and looked out for. I feel confident if a situation arose, I would still be treated with respect. I like that with Dr Erickson, he is not quick to throw his hands up and not try to get to the reason for the pain and explore getting it resolved in spite of my medical restrictions. Thank you”

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do
