“I arrived at 1:00 for a 1:15 appointment. There was no receptionist for pain management. The other receptionist (#2) said they will be back soon. 1:10 another receptionist (#3) looked over an said she can help me. No receptionist for pain management ever came back. My appointment, I was greeted by A. Took my history, check on my chart. My provider came in and listen to my concerns and gave me a check up for my back. My care team makes me feel very comfortable in dealing with any of my concerns. They don't dismiss anything. My provider even checked with my pharmacy to make sure that my meds were covered. Had an issue with my meds, A.checked on everything before I checked out. Everyone is first class. Thank you”
