HOPE at St. Luke’s - Easton

Provides comprehensive high-quality primary and specialty care to people living with HIV/AIDS, with a focus on the uninsured and underinsured. Services include HIV specialty care, primary care, case management, mental health support, spiritual care, nutrition and health coaching, peer mentorship, transportation assistance, housing assistance and financial assistance.
