Adopt-a-School Program:
Interns will work directly with St. Luke’s Community Health Entity Liaisons, Community School Coordinators/Directors, School Nurses, and Mobile Youth Health Center staff to connect students to care (medical, dental, vision & behavioral health) and services to improve the overall health and wellness of students through the Adopt a School Model.
Interns must have a reliable form of transportation to travel between school sites.
