Sept. 6, 2018 - Cathy Rice of St. Luke’s Quakertown Campus will be recognized as a finalist for the Clinical Practice LPN award at the 29th Annual Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania Gala on October 26.
As a finalist, Cathy will be honored, and the winners will be announced at the gala. She was selected for recognition out of more than 100 nominations.
The Clinical Practice LPN award is given to a licensed practical nurse for providing outstanding quality of patient care, a superior level of clinical skills and exhibits extraordinary compassion. The recipient uses expectational communication skills to advance the profession and contribute to the health needs of the community.
The Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania is a philanthropic organization whose mission is to recognize excellent nurses and support environments that value professional nursing achievements.
The 29th Annual Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania Gala will be held on Friday, October 26, at 6 p.m. at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel.
