St. Luke’s Health Center–Forks to Offer Free Health Screenings May 20

Community Day Event to Include Tours, Giveaways and Fun, Healthy Activities

St. Luke’s University Health Network will hold a COMMUNITY DAY at its Forks Township Health Center, 2003 Sullivan Trail, Easton, on Saturday, May 20 from 10 am to 1 pm.

Throughout the event, guests will receive free health screenings and giveaways, enjoy healthy snacks, listen to a DJ, and much more. Kids will have fun with activities just for them. Screenings include:

  • Musculoskeletal
  • Balance
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood pressure
  • Grip Strength
  • Body Composition

Also, guests will have the opportunity to meet some of the doctors and staff who work at the Center. Health care providers offering services at the Center are:

  • St. Luke’s Family Practice at Palmer – Forks Location, providing primary care for the entire family, from infants to seniors. Accepting new patients. Call 484-503-6400.
  • St. Luke’s Riverside Women’s Healthcare, delivering OB/GYN care that you expect and deserve. Accepting new patients. Call 402-503-0628.
  • St. Luke’s Laboratory Services – Forks, offering blood tests, urinalysis, allergy tests and much more. Walk-ins welcome between 7 am and 3 pm, Monday-Friday.
  • Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s – Forks. Physical therapists help patients recover from injuries and improve their health and conditioning so they can reach their highest level of health, mobility or sports performance. Services include orthopedic and spine therapy, sports rehabilitation, vestibular/balance therapy, TMJ therapy and fitness programs. Call 484-503-6405 for an appointment.
