“Melissa Rusk was very professional. She asked me several questions about my previous breast cancer diagnosis & treatment. She felt another lump on my breast & gave me paperwork to set up a 3D scan, STAT because of my history & said to schedule it immediately. The lady @ the front desk nicely, did try & schedule it for me, a few times, but got no answer. I'm not sure if the office was closed or not, as my appointment w/Melissa was scheduled @ 7 a.m. I called & got no answer the 1rst try, then called again & got VM this time & left a message. I called back again & spoke w/someone & after a few calls, they were able to schedule my appointment for March 19th, which I was thrilled because they said most of the places that do 3D scanning were backed up & the only appointments they had open, wasn't until May 2025. So I'm very happy they were able to get me in so much sooner”
