Dermatology

When patients leave appointments with me, I want them to feel relaxed, empowered and content. I aim to establish relationships where my patients look forward to their dermatology visits instead of considering them an obligation. I involve my patients in the decision-making process because I want them to be fully vested in their treatment plan. I take immense pride in my work because my patients’ skin health reflects my expertise.

I am a board-certified dermatologist serving both adult and pediatric patients. I practice medical and surgical dermatology, with a strong interest in cosmetics. My approach is natural. I firmly believe cosmetic work should be undetectable – purely an enhanced version of yourself.

I treat many skin issues ranging from skin cancers to rashes, vitiligo, acne, eczema, psoriasis and more. I love discussing skincare and tailoring my treatment to each patient based on their skin’s needs.

I grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania. I attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, for my Bachelor of Science, earning Dean’s List each semester for my exemplary academic record. I received my medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia. I was selected to present my research at local and national conferences – the Philadelphia Dermatological Society and the American Academy of Dermatology.

I completed a year of internal medicine at Jefferson-Abington Hospital and my dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Philly holds a special place in my heart because I met my husband there.

I am a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. I work hard to stay current with medical literature and evidence-based treatments.

Outside work, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and watching re-runs of The Office.
