“I was not seen within 15 minutes but I was at the hospital for endoscopy. It is unreasonable to expect things to run that rapidly. Dr. Singh is an advanced endoscopist. His work is complicated. He was working as fast as professionally appropriate. I was well satisfied with the timeliness of my care and I was very happy with every aspect of my experience as St Luke's Bethlehem. Sadly, the questions in this survey bear little relationship with actual visit. They trivialize the profound expertise that was devoted to my care.”
