I truly consider it my privilege to be involved in the medical and surgical care of every individual that walks into my office. I strive to treat each person I meet the way I would treat a family member and let them know I genuinely care about their condition. My goal is to educate my patients on their condition in a way that makes sense to them. My expertise, combined with my patient’s participation in their treatment, will allow them to achieve the best results possible.
I am a podiatrist at St. Luke’s University Health Network, specializing in foot and ankle medicine and surgery. I treat all conditions of the foot and ankle. I am particularly interested in diabetic limb salvage, Charcot deformity reconstruction and wound care. I completed my medical degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and residency at St. Luke’s University Health Network.
As a native of the greater Lehigh Valley area, I am grateful to be able to practice and help the community where I was born and raised. I am a Christian, a husband and a father of three amazing children. I enjoy hiking, fishing and spending time with my family.

“By some luck, I was able to see Dr. Mishko within one day of deciding I needed a Podiatrist. That rates very high in my opinion. Dr. Mishko was very pleasant, personable, kind, and competent. He did a thorough examination of my affected foot, had x-rays taken, reviewed them with me, and arrived at a diagnosis quickly. He provided both verbal and written instructions to help me recover from my condition. The nurse or med tech provided me with the splint that Dr. Mishko ordered and she demonstrated how to apply it properly. I am very, very pleased with my visit with Dr. Mishko and my condition has improved already within 3 days time due to his evaluation, diagnosis, and prescriptions for exercises, medication, and use of a splint. I am happy to be added to his roster of patients.”
