My Proud Story...

My story is not so much about making a difference with a patient or family member, but with employees. In 2016, we built and launched our new HCM system,“Workday.” During that process, they asked us to document “ah ha” moments or successes. I said on that day that I would write a Workday song to help kick off the project. I did that (using lyrics from a popular song) and with the help of coworkers and the media team, we put the song and video together. The video was shared with Workday and they loved it so much that they shared the video with prospective clients. It was a proud moment for me to create something that represented St. Luke's and actually reached well beyond the walls of this organization.
