Search for jobs.

Start by exploring available job opportunities. Our team comprises of health care professionals across various fields including but not limited to Medicine, Accounting/Finance, IT (Information Technology), HR (Human Resources), Legal and Marketing. Submit your application.

Once you've identified a job that captures your interest, it's time to complete your application. Make sure your resume is up to date, gather your references, and have access to any additional resources required for the application process. Carefully review the job posting to ensure your experience aligns with your desired position.

Undergo a review.

After you’ve submitted your application, our recruiting team will begin the review portion of the hiring process. We understand that this stage may require a waiting period, and we appreciate your patience as we evaluate each applicant. While the time frame may vary depending on the position, we’re committed to processing applications as efficiently as possible.

Schedule your interview.

If your application appears to be a good fit for the position, our recruiting team will contact you to schedule an interview. The interview may be conducted by phone, video call, or in-person, depending on the nature of the job. However, if you have any technical limitations or scheduling conflicts, please inform us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Wait for selection.

Following your interview, our recruiting team will begin narrowing down the candidate pool. During this stage, we may provide feedback or request additional information. Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, we’ll establish a final list of candidates.

Accept your offer.

If you’re chosen for the position, our recruiters will review your interview notes and prepare an offer. We’ll then reach out to you with the good news! Upon accepting the offer, you’ll sign your new-hire paperwork and begin the onboarding process.



Policies & Compliance

Nicotine screening

To support our commitment to a nicotine free workplace, a nicotine screening will be conducted as part of our pre-employment process for all jobs based in PA. Jobs that are based in NJ will not be subject to this testing which may include Warren Hospital and NJ based physician practices. Influenza policy

St. Luke’s University Health Network requires all employees, physicians, volunteers & students to be immunized annually for influenza, to protect the health and safety of patients, employees, patient and employee family members, and the community as a whole from influenza infection. New hires will be offered the influenza vaccination during the pre-hire physical during the recognized flu season. New hires who have already received the influenza vaccination will be required to submit proof of vaccination within thirty days of employment. This is a mandatory program with the exception of documented medical or religious reasons for not receiving the vaccine.
