PA Lee sent me down stairs to see Dr Eric who explained every step of the test and explained the results on paper and checked for understanding. PA Lee went back over the results and guided me on my hearing options. I have since recommended PA Lee to all my VA friends because she was able to make me feel comfortable and she explained what was wrong with my hearing.”
