“Dr Tracy was amazing! We ended up having to schedule a tonsil/adenoid removal for my 9 year old daughter, which was very nerve wracking. Dr Tracy explained the procedure to us parents, and she also spoke directly to our daughter as an individual, which made her relaxed and feel like part of the process. Everything was explained in great detail. All our questions were answered with respect and knowledge. The women in the front off were very sweet, and then woman who went over surgery details with us also spoke to our daughter as a mini adult, which we were thankful for as well. Very pleased with the office as it was our first time visiting. Will definitely recommend.”
